I believe that you should do what you love.  I love cookies! 

In my opinion, there is no better taste in your mouth than the sweet buttery flavor of a cookie.  I don’t mean something you pull out of a plastic container that you bought at the store months ago; I’m talking about the cookies your mom used to bake.

Cookies should call your name from the kitchen.  The taste of a cookie should linger in your mouth with soft, smooth flavor.  With every cookie I bake, I strive for that.

I have a large menu of cookies to select from; I also love to experiment and try new flavors!  So although there is a menu, there is no end to the possibilities!
